How to Make Shahi Tukda – Step-by-Step Recipe

  2. Simmer on low flame, stirring occasionally until it reduces to 1/3rd of its volume.
  3. Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
  4. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes, then switch off the flame and let it cool.
